The natural Masu Trout are a Gokanosho specialty They are nurtured in the rich nature of one of Japan's few limpid streams, Kawabekawa. Try it many different ways, like Sashimi and thin-sliced Sashimi, broiled with salt, sweetened and boiled and so on.
